Duties and Responsibilities:
- Design and implement core blockchain components such as consensus mechanisms, peer-to-peer networking, and transaction processing.
- Develop APIs, smart contract interfaces, and infrastructure to support dApps and wallets.
- Optimize node performance, scalability, and fault tolerance in distributed environments.
- Contribute to protocol upgrades and improvement proposals (e.g., EIPs, BIPs).
- Collaborate with DevOps teams to deploy and monitor blockchain nodes and validator infrastructure.
- Integrate third-party systems and bridges for cross-chain or multi-chain applications.
- Conduct security reviews and implement safeguards against known blockchain threats.
- Stay current with advancements in cryptographic techniques, L1/L2 scaling solutions, and zero-knowledge systems.

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Proficiency in systems programming languages (e.g., Rust, Go, C++, or Python).
- In-depth understanding of blockchain fundamentals, including consensus protocols (PoW, PoS, PBFT), Merkle trees, and state machines.
- Experience developing or contributing to blockchain clients, SDKs, or runtime environments.
- Familiarity with cryptographic primitives (e.g., digital signatures, hash functions, zero-knowledge proofs).
- Experience with tools like Tendermint, Substrate, Cosmos SDK, or similar frameworks is a plus.
- Strong debugging, profiling, and performance tuning skills in distributed systems.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and the ability to work independently or on cross-functional teams.
