Objectives of this role
- Design AI-enabled interfaces that anticipate and adapt to user needs.
- Collaborate with data and product teams to integrate predictive analytics into UX.
- Enhance personalization and usability across platforms and devices.
- Ensure predictive systems remain transparent, ethical, and user-friendly.
Your tasks
- Conduct research to identify opportunities for predictive interactions.
- Integrate behavioral and interaction data into UX workflows.
- Prototype adaptive and personalized interfaces with AI support.
- Test predictive features for usability, accessibility, and transparency.
- Work with engineering teams to scale predictive UX into production.
- Document and communicate predictive design best practices.
Required skills and qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human-Computer Interaction, UX Design, or related field.
- Experience with user research, interaction design, and usability testing.
- Familiarity with machine learning concepts and personalization techniques.
- Proficiency with UX tools (Figma, Sketch, InVision) and prototyping.
- Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
Preferred skills and qualifications
- Advanced degree in UX Design, Human Factors, or Computational Design.
- Experience with AI-driven personalization and adaptive systems.
