Duties and Responsibilities:
- Design user interfaces and user experiences for web and mobile applications based on user needs and project requirements.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and inform design decisions.
- Develop wireframes, prototypes, and visual designs to communicate design concepts and solutions.
- Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to ensure designs meet functional and aesthetic goals.
- Create and maintain design guidelines, style guides, and design assets.
- Iterate on designs based on feedback, testing results, and evolving project requirements.
- Stay updated with design trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to incorporate innovative solutions.
Requirements and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, or a related field.
- Proven experience in UI/UX design with a strong portfolio showcasing design work.
- Proficiency with design tools (e.g., Adobe XD, Sketch, Figma).
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles, usability, and accessibility.
- Experience with prototyping and wireframing tools.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to analyze user feedback and data to refine designs and improve user experience.
