- Monitor and report on yield performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Develop and maintain documentation for yield improvement processes and procedures.
- Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in yield engineering technologies.
Requirements and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Physics, or a related field.
- Proven experience in yield engineering or process optimization, preferably in semiconductor or high-tech manufacturing.
- Strong analytical skills and experience with data analysis tools and techniques.
- Understanding of manufacturing processes, quality control, and statistical methods.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
