Objectives of this role
- Create user-centered interaction models for AI systems.
- Design interfaces that balance automation with user control.
- Ensure transparency, explainability, and ethical alignment in AI interactions.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to embed human-centered design in AI products.
Your tasks
- Conduct user research to understand needs, behaviors, and trust factors.

- Collaborate with technical teams to implement interaction strategies.

Required skills and qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human-Computer Interaction, UX Design, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience designing interfaces for AI or intelligent systems.
- Strong skills in user research, prototyping, and usability testing.
- Familiarity with AI/ML principles and explainability challenges.
- Excellent communication and cross-disciplinary collaboration abilities.
Preferred skills and qualifications
- Advanced degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Design, or Cognitive Science.
- Experience with conversational AI, voice interfaces, or AR/VR.
- Familiarity with AI ethics frameworks and inclusive design principles.
- Research publications in HCI or Human-AI collaboration.
- Contributions to design systems or open-source human-AI interaction frameworks.
