Message From Our Co-founders
We’ve seen how offshore hiring can transform businesses. Starting with our e-commerce agency, serving high-growth startups and enterprises, we initially hired locally but faced challenges with rising costs and high turnover. This led us to hire offshore talent in Southeast Asia and Taiwan, growing a team of 50+ engineers and remote BDs/SDRs across Vietnam, Indonesia, and Taiwan.
As clients noticed the success of our offshore model, they asked us to hire for them too—leading to the creation of Second Talent.
